01What we collect
Account data (name, email) via Clerk; purchase records via Stripe/Razorpay (we never see full card numbers); learning progress (lessons completed, certificates earned); and standard analytics (pages visited, device type).
02How we use it
To deliver courses and track your progress; to process payments and prevent fraud; to send transactional email (receipts, certificates, enrollment confirmations) via Resend; and — only with consent — occasional product updates.
03What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your learning progress with third parties except at your request (e.g., certificate verification). We never use your data to train AI models.
04Processors
Clerk (authentication), Stripe & Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data under their own DPA.
05Your rights
You may export or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@teachyou.ai. Deletion removes personal data within 30 days; certificate verification records persist in anonymized form.
06Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication and anonymous analytics cookies. No cross-site advertising trackers.
