01Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a course on teachyou.ai ("TeachYou Academy", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is a demo environment; no real transactions occur.
02Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Authentication is provided via Clerk; you must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
03Licenses & access
Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the purchased content. Pro membership grants access for the duration of the subscription. You may not share accounts, resell access, or redistribute course materials, including in AI training datasets.
04Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and Razorpay. Prices may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
05Certificates
Certificates are issued upon verified completion of all course lessons and labs. Certificates carry a public verification ID. Falsifying completion or certificates is grounds for revocation and account termination.
06User conduct
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download course content; attempt to bypass payment; upload malicious content to community areas; harass instructors or students; or use the platform to violate any law.
07Intellectual property
All course content, branding and site design are the property of TeachYou Academy or its instructors. Code samples in courses are MIT-licensed unless stated otherwise — build freely on what you learn.
08Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee career outcomes, income changes or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
09Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
