Refund Policy

0114-day guarantee
Every individual course purchase includes a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window starting on the date of purchase. If the course is not the right fit, email hello@teachyou.ai from your account email with your order ID and we will process a full refund.
02How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe (card) refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days. Razorpay (UPI/netbanking/card) refunds typically settle within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
03Membership (TeachYou Pro)
Monthly Pro memberships can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period; they are not refunded pro-rata. Annual Pro memberships are refundable in full within 14 days of the first charge if fewer than three courses have been started.
04When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, for completed courses where a certificate has been issued, or for purchases made under a promotional 'final sale' banner. Team plans follow the terms of their order form.
05Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve virtually all cases within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
